A young man growing up may not have a future to look forward to in this drama from director Ian FitzGibbon. Donald (Thomas Brodie-Sangster) is fourteen years old; he likes to draw comics and he wishes he had a girlfriend. None of this is unusual, but Donald has one problem that sets him apart from his peers — he has leukemia, and after going through several rounds of chemotherapy, no one is sure if he’ll grow to adulthood.

As his parents (Michael McElhatton and Sharon Horgan) try to make sense of their son’s anger and mood swings, Donald often retreats into a fantasy world he’s created in his drawings where he’s a strong, muscular superhero with a beautiful female sidekick who helps him battle an all-powerful villain, The Glove.

As Donald tries to move forward in a life that may only last a few more years, he gets useful advice from Dr. Adrian King (Andy Serkis), a counselor and “death therapist,” and he strikes up a friendship with Shelly (Aisling Loftus), a pretty teenage girl whose cynicism nearly matches his own.

An army of Nazis from the dark side of the moon launch an all-out attack on planet Earth after biding their time on the lunar surface for 70 years in this irreverent sci-fi comedy starring Udo Kier and Julia Dietze. The year is 2018. Defeated in 1945, a devoted group of Nazis led by General Wolfgang Kortzfleisch (Kier) blast off for the moon and begin to regroup at a hidden base.

As work commences on the Götterdämmerung, a mighty warship that will strike fear into the people of planet Earth, Renate Richter (Julia Dietze) uses a truncated version of Charlie Chaplin’s The Great Dictator to extol the brilliance of Hitler to the next generation of Aryan soldiers. In addition, the imposing Klaus Adler (Götz Otto) prepares to take his position as the next führer and father a new master race with Renate.

Meanwhile, the U.S. president (Stephanie Paul) attempts to boost her approval ratings by dressing black model James Washington (Christopher Kirby) as an astronaut and sending him on a mission to the moon. When the Nazis capture Washington and get a good look at his smartphone, they believe they have finally found the key to updating their outdated technology, and they journey back to Earth in order to gather enough gadgets to launch their final attack and reclaim the planet in the name of the Third Reich.

A woman is torn between two sorts of love in this thoughtful fusion of drama and science fiction from filmmaker Benedek Fliegauf. When she was nine years old, Rebecca met a boy named Tommy and found herself smitten with him; before long, Rebecca and her family moved away and she resigned herself to the notion that she’d never see Tommy again.

But at the age of twenty-one, Rebecca (Eva Green) returns to the town where she lived as a girl, and to her surprise she crosses paths with Tommy (Matt Smith), and she finds they still have feelings for one another. Rebecca and Tommy have entered into a mature and loving relationship when he dies in a car wreck, and Rebecca is shattered.

However, Rebecca is given a chance to give Tommy another chance at life — she was be implanted with genetic material that will allow her to give birth to a perfect clone of Tommy. Rebecca agrees, and nine months later she finds herself raising a baby who looks like the man she loved, who she names Thomas. However, as Thomas grows to be a man, she finds herself struggling between her maternal love for her son and a more troubling attraction to a young man who is a duplicate of the man who won her heart years before.

Faced now with a decision to either wait out the morning or plot an escape, they contend not only with the ambiguous true nature of their hosts, but also strange, unknown humanoid creatures roaming the desert who may pose a threat to all involved.

Here is reusable vehicle that could lift off like a rocket, carry people and cargo into Earth’s orbit, then land on a runway like a plane and do it time after time. But two disasters, in 1986 and 2003, and the tragic loss of 14 astronauts shocked the World, and signalled the end of the programme, and the end of an era.

However, its legacy has been extraordinary. In 30 years of service, the shuttle has flown more miles, completed more missions and put more men and women in orbit than any other spacecraft in history…
